Wedding & Quinceañera Clients

Weddings and quinceañeras are deeply personal events. I understand that the images captured may include private moments, family members, and sensitive situations.

  • Your images may be used for my portfolio, website, social media, or promotional purposes unless you request privacy in writing before booking.

  • Client information, guest details, and event schedules are always kept confidential.

  • Your comfort and privacy are my priority.

Corporate Clients

For corporate events, branding sessions, and executive portraits, confidentiality is handled with professionalism and discretion.

  • Company information, internal event details, and proprietary materials shared during a project will not be disclosed.

  • Images from corporate sessions will only be used for promotional purposes with prior agreement.

  • I am happy to review and sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) if required.

Data Security

All personal information is stored securely and used only for purposes related to your booking. You may request access, correction, or deletion of your information at any time.

Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the photography services provided by [Photographer Name] (“Photographer”) to the Client (“Client”). By signing this Agreement and submitting payment, you agree to the following terms.

1. Booking & Retainer

  • A signed Agreement and a non-refundable retainer are required to reserve your date.

  • Retainer amounts:

    • Weddings & Quinceañera: ___% of package price

    • Corporate: ___% of package price or as specified in the invoice

  • Your date is confirmed only after both the signed Agreement and retainer are received.

  • Remaining balance is due before the event/session as outlined in your contract.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Weddings & Quinceañera: Retainers are non-refundable. Rescheduling may be accommodated based on availability.

  • Corporate: Cancellations within ___ days of the scheduled session may incur a cancellation fee. Rescheduling requests will be accommodated when possible.

3. Coverage & Delivery

  • Coverage begins and ends at the times specified in your Agreement.

  • Delivery timelines:

    • Weddings & Quinceañera: ___ weeks

    • Corporate: ___ business days

  • Final images are delivered digitally via secure download or online gallery. Raw files are not included unless agreed separately.

4. Creative Style & Editing

  • All images are edited for color, exposure, and consistency.

  • Advanced retouching beyond standard edits is available at an additional cost.

  • The Client acknowledges understanding of the Photographer’s style.

5. Image Usage Rights

Weddings & Quinceañera:

  • Clients receive personal-use rights for sharing and printing.

  • The Photographer retains copyright.

  • Selected images may be used for portfolio, website, social media, or promotional purposes unless privacy is requested in writing.

Corporate Clients:

  • Usage rights are defined in your contract.

  • The Photographer retains copyright; Clients are granted licensed rights for marketing, branding, internal use, and promotion.

  • Extended commercial or redistribution rights may require additional fees.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate event or project details and necessary permissions from venues.

  • Ensure participant cooperation during coverage.

The Photographer is not responsible for missed coverage due to delays, restrictions, or interference beyond reasonable control.

7. Limitation of Liability

In the event of equipment failure, illness, or other unforeseen circumstances, the Photographer’s liability is limited to a refund of payments received. Reasonable efforts will be made to provide a replacement photographer if necessary.

8. Force Majeure

The Photographer is not liable for failure to perform due to events beyond their control, including natural disasters, emergencies, government restrictions, or venue cancellations.

9. Acceptance of Terms

By submitting your retainer and signing this Agreement, the Client acknowledges they have read, understood, and agree to all terms.
